Everyone wants a high MCAT score and is willing to work hard for it. But with endless resources and advice, it can feel impossible to know where to start or how to work smart for it. My mission is to help you earn a top score intelligently while helping you maintain a full life, with strategies that make studying efficient, sustainable, and (dare I say) fun.
Growing up, my mom transformed our dining room into a tutoring hub, where hesitant teenagers left more confident and excited to learn. Watching the impact she's had on her students inspired my love of teaching. I believe in the potential of every student and am invested in their success. Over the past six years, I’ve taught STEM and reading comprehension to hundreds of students across the country, adapting my approach to each learner’s strengths and goals.
My tutoring blends creativity with strategy. As an artist, I use drawings, humor, and storytelling to make you finally remember that Anki card you keep forgetting. As a person passionate about disability rights, I honor all learning styles and will present concepts in many ways until they “click,” challenging you to understand as well as memorize.
I will start by creating a comprehensive, custom daily plan for students, which takes the guessing out of studying and offers structure and accountability. I provide custom strategy guides to tackle all four MCAT sections, frameworks to categorize mistakes, a self-developed way to break down any CARS/science passage, and a comprehensive knowledge of the AAMC content outline to ensure no point is left on the table. I will teach you to recognize the “prototypical" MCAT question setups, so that even the toughest problems are predictable or can be problem-solved. My custom Anki deck helps fill in low-yield content gaps with information not found in typical textbooks and AAMC full-lengths. I am also invested in creating meaningful relationships with my tutees, so that you feel supported through both the academic and personal sides of the MCAT!
